Refund and Returns Policy

At ModYourCasio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

  1. Change-of-Mind Returns Under UK consumer law, you generally have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. To arrange a return, please contact us through our website before sending anything back. We’ll provide instructions for returning your order. Items should be returned in their original condition, with any original packaging and included accessories where possible. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund. You won’t be charged return postage for an item that is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
  3. Refunds When you cancel an eligible order, we’ll refund the price paid for the item and the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, any additional cost above standard delivery may not be refundable. Refunds will be made using your original payment method. We’ll issue your refund within the time required by law. For change-of-mind cancellations, this is generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you’ve sent them back, whichever happens first. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
  4. Return Conditions Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and keeping it until your return has been resolved.
